Order Cancellations If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel by contacting us at [email protected] for a refund on applicable items.
Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after an order is placed. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. Certain items may be non-returnable due to regulatory and safety considerations.
Refund Timeframe Refunds typically post to your account within 10–20 business days, depending on your payment method and your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Mile High Research Supply offers FREE shipping on orders over $499 within the US.
All free shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise (excludes AK & HI).
Current shipping options (UPS, FedEx, etc.) are shown at checkout. We offer same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM MST, Monday–Friday. Orders received after 2 PM MST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.
When your order ships, you will receive an automatic “Package Shipped” email with tracking information.
Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Protection We strongly recommend adding shipping protection (minimum $5.99) at checkout. If purchased, we will reship lost packages (subject to approval).
For damaged items, provide photos/video plus your order number promptly. Contact customer service for instructions.
Shipping protection does not cover stolen packages.
We do not refund the shipping protection fee but can issue a one-time store credit for the amount paid. We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments unless shipping protection was purchased. Opting out means you accept full responsibility for transit issues.
